This seems to be an expencive "Laserprint" which is unusual for cheap banana labels used at the packnig station. So a current opinion is, it could be a trial.

And what I like to highlight (again) in this moment: Especially many labels coming from the Philippines are doubted by me to be used on bananas. It not unusal to do trials. You remember, I met the designer of the EXCELBAN label and he shows me many, many trials in finalizing the design.
