I croped the size of the scans to 300 x 405px so it is more or less the same size like many others and added the farmnumber in the SORTFIELD to get the labels in an order by farmnumbers in the catalog entry.
I'm really happy about the quality of your scans. That is simply perfect!
I am overwhelmed. This is what I call a common hobby! It is fantastic useless but I like to see the meticulous research about it. Wonderful!

To get this labels sorted by farmnumber, you can add the farmnumber in the SORTFIELD. All existing labels in this catalog entry have got the farmnumber in the SORTFIELD, so it should not to much work to add this number if you add a new label?
But you are right, the SORTFIELD is not needed to find a label. In this case you use the "Search Text". It is only to have the labels in the catalog entry in a nice order.
