I have a bunch of Dole HON with the French text -- for example in the multiple different style Power the Hero Within series, and the Go Yonanas series.
And I even found some COL with French text!!
So while CR is most common for French texts labels, it is not the only source. Normally unless you are in Canada you will not see the French text regardless of which country it comes from.
