I've also moved it to the "White Ring" category. I think this label is identical to Gerrie's C83.1, so I suggest deleting hers, as not many collectors have it yet. Is that OK, or can anyone see a difference?

It does indeed look like the same one. My photo is taken from an angle. I'll try to get a better shot from a different perspective; a straight-on view doesn't capture the color well.

I've now deleted Gerrie's label, but saved the picture from her catalog and added it here.

I believe I was the original

I believe I was the original owner of all the gold labels. I worked for Chiquita in Cincinnati at their world headquarters in the early 2000's. When the graphic designer was let go, I took all the surplus labels he had. These were test labels that Chiquita was considering at one time, but never moved forward with. As far as I know, it was never used on bananas.
