The words Fraud and Fake hide a crime punishable by current laws.
Fraud are labels that have appeared on bananas, not only in China, but also in other countries.
The line that divides Fake labels from Promo labels is very thin.
Both have in common the fact that the labels have never been applied to the fruit.
Personally, I consider every person, unless proven otherwise, above suspicion.
So if there are no court sentences against people, I consider all labels not applied to the fruit as Promo.
I am sure that no individual can create labels for the sole purpose of profit.
Here I changed the type from FRAUD to FAKE. Frauds are i.g. the Chinese labels with well known brand names used on bananas (Turbana, Chiquita, ...). So they are real banana labels because they are used on bananas in the shops. Javed labels are home made labels never used on bananas.
