While it is true these were usually found on small covered plastic trays of bagged baby bananas (dedos de oro), I found them several times actually on fruit in Pao de Azucar stores in Sao Paulo. Have not seen the brand now in many years.

These are used on plastic wrapped trays of baby bananas, so are actually wrapper labels. Never saw them actually on the fruit.
