John: I am missing two COL labels, the Incredibles Man and the DOG. It is unlikely now that I will get them, as the promo seems over.

I also ran into another problem with the COL labels. The first three labels I got had a much lighter blue base than the rest of the ones. Since then I have sidelined two of these variants (or simple mistakes by the collector, a very accurate, reliable person). So one label in the set, the purple bug, still has the lighter example. The light trio look like HON labels, but they came with COL country 4011 BC labels.

So to be completely safe I may have only 22 of the 25 COL set, but for sure better than nothing.
