I think this label comes from Colombia, not Antigua and Barbuda in the Caribbean. The text translates as: "Year 2000 – Clean Rivers and Streams – Government of Antioquia." The "Gobernación de Antioquia" is the regional government of the Colombian department of Antioquia.

Perhaps it is a genuine banana label after all, possibly indicating some kind of environmental certification.

I got an old school notebook with the date 1983 .
I believe this label is older than the catalogue states. Question, is it possible to move the 1983 date?
