In this case I have done it (with the free software IrfanView) to show how good it looks in the catalog. You can also rotate slightly, but this you must do, before cropping the picture. I think it does look much better, when the labels have got the same size at the computer screen.

And sorry to be a pain with the scanning of banana labels. Nice pictures are so wonderful to see and when you know how to do it, it takes not more time than to scan it with other dpi or to crop it do any size.
