@Zabava, I reviewed my Prima Donna duplicates and found differences on other labels as well.
Significantly darker color. The same change is shown on the sticker added by @Zabava
No white snowflakes. Red snowflakes appeared on a white background from below.
There are no small snowflakes, the pompom on the cap is different.
The differences with the label from the 2017 set were discovered by colleagues in the Russian group of collectors. This label is a 2019 release. The copy was found among my duplicates. There were no differences in the other labels of the set. The 2020 label reverted to its original design.
