Unsure whether the reported dimensions should refer to the single labels or the whole sheet.
In case it's changed, for the record, size of the whole sheet is 127 x 310 mm.
Got these segments from a roll like the one seen in the last image.

As far as I know, two types of rolls exist: this one, which includes: figure skating, giant slalom, cross country skiing and hockey; and another type that includes: the raccoon face logo, luge, biathlon, the "L" logo in three colors.
Added picture for slightly better alignment of the green and gold colors.
