100% sure - a store promo from Chiquita
I have seen it many times in the collections of our friends in CR. It was together with a main label and filed under SPECIAL OFFER.
Sometimes you can try to find a label in our catalog. In his case for example CR + OVAL + FLOWER: http://goo.gl/n1JRy6
It looks very much like a banana label to me, but I haven't seen it anywhere else and so I'm not completely sure.
