Yes, thank you very much. Now

Yes, thank you very much. Now I do understand the idea (after you have explained it to me). I like to point out the customer or marketing point of view of this banana label:

A.) Adding an extra chemical wax is most likely not in the interest of frogs. So when you show a small nice frog next to a red dangerous chemical substance that makes things grow slow, a customer may ask if he is doing the right thing in buying the banana.
B.) The company holds the customer for a fool, to make him think the substance is good for the nature.
C.) The association of the red substance on the top of a phallus symbol is too far away from a slow growing sweet flavor banana. This picture is confusing and does not explain the idea of using wax. At least the wax should have a different - i.e. green - color.

So this is why I think the idea of using wax is not implemented very well. Anyway, it is a label we collect.

Hi,

Hi,
I visited this farm in Australia many years ago.Unfortunately a hurricane had destroyed the plantations and packing sheds and everything was shut down. However, I could talk to the owner, a very friendly lady. She told me about their brand: the label is not the most sstriking feature, in fact they didn‘t use it too long. It is the wax tip that makes people recognize their bananas in the supermarket. So you can see from far away this is Red Tip bananas (or Green Tip or Blue Tip)

I was hoping they would have

I was hoping they would have also Green and Blue variations of the Red Tip label, but they didn‘t, except for the round label showing all three
