I found this set today in my box with related stuff of my collection. The set is printed on paper that is usually not used at packing stations. The complete set is a separate print of the size 12.7cm x 31.1cm and the labels are centered at this page.

So I say, this set of the size 21mmx29 are no banana labels but promotions not used on bananas.
