Not a fake, just a mistake made by printer shop. Exporter (Dole) asked for a sample print of this label, and as model they got some labels with code from Colombia. Printer forget to put the right Ecuador number and keep Colombian one. The printer didn't won the contract and this sample was rejected and I got some of these trials.
Usually the EC labels starts with a 13xxx and 15xxx is a farm in Colombia. The MIGROS website also refers to the EVA FARM west of the city SANTA INES in Colombia. Strange. For me it is most likely that this labels is not used on bananas, neither in COL nor in EC.
I tend to classify this label as a FAKE.
