Even though this label was actually found on bananas, I doubt that it is a genuine banana label !
Maybe a joker within the chain of supply had a little fun by dumping some surplus mango labels on bananas in order to puzzle consumers. Also the bananas in the box at the lower half of the photo wear a second label which looks very much like a real banana label to me. Additionally the bananas in the second box at the upper half of the photo don't show the label "Disfruta" at all.

The label itself explicitly shouts "mango" and shows the picture of a mango fruit. I have several labels of the same kind and size in my fruitsticker collection - all with mango PLU's (#4312, #4959, #4961):
