This seems to be the logo for a coming sprts event on the Reunion island. Maybe it is a banana label , to be used during this event only.

The Grand Raid is an annual mountain marathon that takes place in October.
Label is produced to promote.
My contact in Reunion states that the labels and the others are used on local bananas.
