This label is of the Selvatica brand, if it was attached to the banana as a promotion to indicate the trip that the banana makes from the producing farm to the markets in the US.
INSIDE EDITION is a magazine located in NY. I've no further information about this label, but at the moment I would guess it is not a banana label but some kind of promotion.
