Another solution: put it like it is in paint thinner, and let it there for a while. Probably your label will be free from the backing paper.
Hello Michael,
maybe you can remove the label from the paper. Try warming up label and backing paper with an electric hair dryer (at the lowest power level). Then try to shove something flat (a finger nail, the blade of a knife, etc.) between backing paper and label and lift the label from the paper. This worked for me many times.
But be careful not to burn your fingers !!!
The label sticks on a piece of paper. Maybe someone can replace my picture ...
