I am 100% sure that this is a mango label.
The fruit shown at the label has the shape of a mango and R2E2 is a special mango variety from Australia.

Found by JK in Shanghai in a small produce store on bananas. It may well be a mango label but it is not uncommen to find any kind of label on bananas in China. The label itselfe is probably a fake because clerk gave JK a whole sheet of them and many fruit labels - and not just bananas - can be purchased for a tiny amound of money in the wholesale markets.
